What's included
Every full groom follows the same careful routine, adjusted for your dog's coat, age and temperament.
- Health check: A quick look over ears, eyes, skin, nails and paws before we start, so I can tell you if I spot anything.
- Brush out and de-mat: Loose coat and small tangles removed so the bath actually gets to the skin.
- Warm bath: Double shampoo with a gentle, dog safe shampoo, and conditioner where the coat needs it.
- Hand blow dry: No cage dryers. I dry by hand so the coat is fully dry and straight for clipping.
- Clip or scissor style: Breed standard, a teddy trim, or the length you ask for.
- Face, feet and sanitary tidy: Eyes clear, paws neat, pads trimmed, hygiene areas tidied.
- Nails: Clipped and filed smooth.
- Ears: Cleaned, and plucked only where the breed needs it.
- Finishing touches: A light spritz, a bandana or bow if they want one, and a note on how they got on.
Who it's for
Curly and wool coats
Cockapoos, cavapoos, poodles, doodles and bichons. Every 6 to 8 weeks keeps the coat matt free and comfortable.
Long and double coats
Shih tzus, spaniels, collies, golden retrievers. A full groom thins, tidies and shortens where needed.
Anyone overdue
If it's been a while and the coat has gone, this is the reset. Matted coats may need a shorter clip, and I'll always explain first.

Two hours for a small dog, up to three for a large one. I'll give you a collection time at drop off.
Every 6 to 8 weeks for curly and wool coats, 8 to 12 for most others.
I'll check at drop off. Comfort first, so a shorter clip is sometimes the kindest option, and I'll always explain before starting.
