Welcome to York Dog Spa. By booking a grooming appointment with Hayley in Woodthorpe, York, you agree to the following terms designed for the safety and welfare of every dog.

Health & vaccinations

All dogs must be in general good health and up to date with core vaccinations. Please inform Hayley of any pre-existing health issues, allergies, or nervousness before the appointment.

Cancellations

We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling so the appointment can be offered to another pet.

Matted coats

In cases of severe matting, the welfare of the dog comes first and coats may need to be clipped short in line with the Animal Welfare Act.
